Thank you, Melanie. Welcome to the Sigma Designs conference call to discuss financial results of our second fiscal quarter 2012. I'm Ed McGregor, director of Sigma, Investor Relations. And with me today are Thinh Tran, our CEO, Tom Gay, our Chief Financial Officer Ken Lowe, our vice president of strategic marketing.

The press release containing the results of the quarter, including the income statement and selected balance sheet information was released after the market closes today. If you have not received the results, the release is available in the Investors section of our website. Today's agenda will begin with my brief introduction, a review of financial statements selected by Tom, an overview by Executive Thinh, a market update by Ken, and comments on the orientation Thinh. We then open the call to questions from analysts and institutional investors, and we expect to conclude the call within 1 hour.
